Domestic Transit
Local dispatches depart within three business days. Signature confirmation is required for all acquisitions to ensure secure delivery.
Preservation & Exchange
Should your acquisition not meet your expectations, parlor exchange protocols allow for returns within fourteen days of arrival. Items must be returned in their original, undisturbed condition, with all seals intact, accompanied by the original dispatch manifest.
For damaged dispatches, photographic evidence of the original packaging and item condition is required within 48 hours of receipt. Bespoke commissions are crafted to your precise specifications and are therefore non-exchangeable once production has commenced.
